The Chicago Bears are the talk of the town right now and for all the wrong reasons. Head coach Matt Nagy and quarterback Mitch Trubisky are taking a lot of heat right now for all the Bears' losses. However one former NFLer believes that Nagy should be taking on all the heat and making sure it doesn't go to the players. While Marcus Spears made an appearance on ESPN "Get Up" he said he had no respect for Nagy because Nagy wouldn't take the blame for the Bears' current failures. Spears kept pointing out how Nagy says there's a lot more going on than just bad play calling, check out the clip below:
