After the conclusion of the 2022 season, the Chicago Bears parted ways with GM Ryan Pace.
Pace signed a deal with the Atlanta Falcons as a senior personal executive following his departure from Windy City.
The Falcons filled their off-season transactions with multiple former Bears such as Germain Ifedi, Damiere Byrd, Damien Williams, Elijah Wilkinson, and Teez Tabor.
All of the above were acquired with the Bears during the Pace years and unfortunately provided an insignificant impact on the field.
The Bears are turning a new page behind new GM Ryan Poles, HC Matt Eberflus, and their respective staff.
