Former Bears' draft pick has a new home!
Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports that the New Orleans Saints are signing LB Jon Bostic. The 31-year-old Bostic has played the last three seasons with Washington.
Originally a second-round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears out of Florida, Bostic enters his ninth NFL season.
While he never lived up to the high expectations Bears Nation had for him, Bostic was still pretty solid for a few seasons in Chicago and he clearly has a lot of talent. I think he could also bring in a solid veteran presence to the locker room in New Orleans!
Bostic is also widely known as the guy who has one of the biggest hits in college football history. I'm sure you have already sen this insane play many times...
