Former Bears All-Pro Reveals what the Bears Need to Focus On Instead of Justin Fields & the Draft

The upcoming draft and Justin Fields situation seems to be on everyone's mind right now, but former Bears All-Pro Jerry Azumah reveals what the team should be thinking about instead:

As shown, Azumah sees more importance to the hiring of a new OC and QB coach. He believes that these are the two most important changes needed this offseason.

Though the Bears are still obviously making important decisions in regards to the draft and Fields, Azumwh believes for the OC and QB coach positions to be important to the future of the team.

Hiring a good OC and QB coach can turn a lousy offense into a powerhouse, and the Bears need to find themselves top tier replacements. Even if the Bears gather a super team, it won't go anywhere unless they have the right coaching around them.
