Charles Tillman is an absolute legend in Chicago and that legend is about to grow. The former Bear announced that he's going to build a boat and then row it across Lake Michigan to raise money for pediatric cancer. Despite the fact as the Chicago Tribune points out he has zero experience as a rower, has never built a boat before and is afraid of lakers, Tillman is giving it a shot. He wants to raise money for a good cause and face his fears at the same time. Luckily for Tillman he won't be going on the adventure alone as he'll be going on the adventure with Jacob Beckley who has done the trek across Laker Michigan before. It's a draining ordeal and Tillman had to work hard to convince Beckley to do the adventure once again. It's a cause that's close to his heart as his daughter Tiana needed a heart transplant when she was a baby.
