Can The Bears Land Stephen Gostkowski?

"The deadline to use the franchise tag has come to an end and it might help the Chicago Bears find their new kicker. There was chatter the New England Patriots would use the tag on Stephen Gostkowski like the San Francisco 49ers did with Robbie Gould.However the deadline passed and the Patriots didn't use the tag on Gostkowski or anybody else. This doesn't mean a guaranteed divorce for the Pats and Gostkowski however it does mean there's a chance!Gostkowski is familiar with kicking versus weather elements and made 27 of 32 field goals last year and 49 of 50 extra points. Do you think he would be a good option for the Bears?
