BREAKING: Raiders have Fired Head Coach Josh McDaniels, Former Super Bowl Champ will serve as the interim HC

Just hours after the NFL trade deadline passed, it has been revealed that the Raiders have fired head coach Josh McDaniels:

McDaniels was hired by the Raiders before the 2022 season, but the hype around him lessened as the season went on. The Raiders finished 2022 with a 6-11 record, as well as the departure of long-time Raiders QB Derek Carr.

Things have looked even worse this season, as the Raiders are currently 3-5, and he also seems to be heavily disliked by his players.

It looks like the Raiders have had enough of the drama with their team, and have decided to part ways with McDaniels.

With this mid season firing, the Raiders have named LB coach/former Super Bowl champ Antonio Pierce as their interim head coach.

Maybe now Davante Adams will get the ball
