Parkey crushed Bears' fans dreams multiple times in the season and of course the ultimate heart break in the playoffs. Rapoport adds that they decided a fresh start was needed for both sides and the early release will help Parkey find work early. He'll still make the $3.5million that was guaranteed in his contract for 2019.
