BREAKING: Bears Assistant GM Eyeing New Role after Interview Request

After it was announced that the Commanders have fired head coach Ron Rivera, they are setting up interviews very quickly.

It was then revealed that the Commanders have requested an interview with Bears assistant GM Ian Cunningham for the head of football operations:

Cunningham has served as the assistant GM on the Bears since 2022. Many teams were then interested in him this past offseason, but Cunningham turned them down to return to Chicago.

With the Bears now looking to make several changes to the team, Cunningham may want a change as well, and could very well be taking on a new job.
