Bears WR arrested on drugs & weapon charges
Daniel Greenberg reported that Chicago Bears wide receiver David Moore was arrested on the Fourth of July on drug and weapon charges.
Moore is the third Bears player to be arrested this offseason.
According to reports, Moore the former standout D2 star receiver was arrested in his hometown of Gainesville, Texas on drug and weapon charges.
Moore signed a one-year, $1,035,000 contract with the Bears that doesn't include any fully guaranteed money. Moore flashed as the Seahawks' No. 3 wide receiver in the past but failed to record a reception with Denver or Green Bay in 2021.
