Bears HC Matt Eberflus Responds to the Apparent 'Culture Issue' with the Team
After it was announced that Bears running back coach David Walker was fired just over 1 month after DC Alan Williams was fired, some are feeling concerned for the Bears staff.
After this news, the Bears media questioned head coach Matt Eberlfus about the obvious issues, and when asked if there is a "culture issue" with the team, Eberflus responded with:
"Absolutely not...the relationship piece is there, we care about each other and we're working diligently to get this thing turned...our culture is awesome"
As reported by Bears reporter Courtney Cronin:
Eberflus seems to not be worried about his team, at least that is what he is displaying for the media.
There are obvious issues with this team, but it seems like Eberflus is ignoring them.
