Bears' first drive under Luke Getsy's new scheme was very disappointing...
The Bears' pre-season did not get off to a great start. Indeed, the first offensive drive was actually a 3 and out. Justin Fields was sacked on third-and-long.
New offensive lineman Michael Schofield was bull-rushed by Chris Jones. Here is the clip:
Let's hope that this is not a sign of things to come. Protecting QB Justin Fields on passing down will be crucial if the Bears want to have success.
Update: The bears did eventually find some rhythm with the first-team offense, but it still looks like a work in progress for QB Justin Fields and his weapons. I also think that the offensive line needs to step up in a big way!
