Bears' center likely out for the year...
Bears rookie center Doug Kramer has been injured for the last few days, and it doesn't sound good...
HC Matt Eberflus told the media that Kramer has a lower leg injury and there's no timetable for his return. However, according to Brad Biggs, the Bears are concerned that Kramer suffered a Lisfranc injury, which would most likely end his season.
This would be brutal news for the hometown kid, who made a solid impression during the spring and summer.
The Bears are already very thin at Center since Lucas Patrick went down a few weeks ago. He should, however, be back by week 1. Sam Mustipher should be the one running with the first team until Patrick gets back.
