Awful: Justin Fields Looked Shaken Up after Late DIRTY HIT - No Penalty Called (Video)

You've gotta be kidding me.

While Bears QB Justin Fields was going down for the slide, Packers defender Jonathan Owens made a late and dirty hit:

After this disgusting hit, Fields appeared to be injured, and was forced to be sidelined for a snap.

Also, this somehow was not called a penalty. These refs clearly do not care about Fields!
