WATCH: Iowa Star Tory Taylor Getting 'The Call' from the Chicago Bears

With the 4th-round selection, many fans and analysts predicted for the Chicago Bears to draft either an edge rusher or another offensive weapon. However, they drafted a punter, Iowa star from Australia: Tory Taylor.

Not only were fans surprised, but it looks like Taylor was too.

After the draft, the Bears' social media team posted the phone call that GM Ryan Poles and the Bears made to Taylor to tell him that he was drafted:

As seen, Taylor was overcome with emotion, and was clearly shocked and grateful to be drafted.

Taylor is considered to be the best punter in this draft class - or maybe ever? And though we hope the Bears' offense can score points during their possessions, it will be nice to know that we now have a stud of a punter we can rely on.
