The Chicago Bears are in need of a starting center, which led to the signings of Coleman Shelton and Ryan Bates.
Overall, the search for a starting center has been a difficult one and no one knows for sure what the Bears will do. However, what we do know is that another signing from this year, Jerome Carvin, is making his presence felt.
Carvin was sensational in the Hall of Fame Game, especially when it came to protecting Brett Rypien. The performance was so good that Carvin could become a sleeper pick to win the starting Center job.
