Matt Eberflus issues interesting statement regarding the Bears pass rusher situation

The Bears are entering the season still unsure of who will play on the other side of Montez Sweat as their other main pass rusher.
Head Coach Matt Eberflus spoke with reporters yesterday and mentioned how they will be giving everyone a chance and will end up ridding the hot hand.
«Matt Eberflus said the Bears will ride "the hot hand" at edge rusher opposite Montez Sweat,» Schrock posted to X. «Mentioned DeMarcus Walker, Austin Booker, and Dominique Robinson, along with Darrell Taylor, as rotational options.»
This is an interesting choice since pulling someone out of the lineup after a bad game might play with their confidence and ultimately lead them down a worse path.
However the competition between the pass rushers might end up being a good thing since all players will be at their best whenever they get the chance.
