Cole Kmet reveals how he really feels about Caleb Williams

Cole Kmet is one of the best wide receivers in the entire NFL, and this season, he will get to play with rookie quarterback, Caleb Williams.
While speaking to the media, Kmet gave his thoughts and feelings on Williams. Overall, he is impressed by the young QB and had mostly good things to say about him. For Bears fans, this will be music to their ears.
"I think it's been good," Kmet explained. "I've actually been pleasantly surprised on how we started off camp. I thought Caleb came in ready to go in terms of operating the whole thing from the huddle to the cadence. We've had some hiccups along the way, but I think we have been able to adjust. I think things have been going good so far and we are trending in the right direction."
From there, Kmet explained what the biggest issue plaguing the team is right now. For him, it has nothing to do with Williams. Instead, it has been operational issues that will buff out as training camp and preseason march forward.
" Execution is number one," Kmet said. "Guys going to the right spots, lining up in the right areas, breaking the huddle correctly. So all of those things are really important and that's kind of what we are looking at right now, operationally. I think we've had some hiccups here the past couple of weeks. But I think when you get to post-snap stuff, Caleb has been pretty special. You can see why he's the number one overall pick when he's been making some of these throws he's making. We just have to continue to hone in on this operation and make sure we get our cadences right, the snap counts, lining up correctly, all those things. So if we get to that point and get to the post-snap stuff, I think we will be good."
