Caleb Williams is helping the Bears more than just at the QB position

The Bears have had a tough last few season but things seems to be changing with a huge summer.
Drafting Caleb William seems to have change the entire organization after years of struggling at the QB position with guys like Mike Glennon, Mitch Trubisky and Justin Fields.
Not only has Williams helped at the QB position but signing him has helped Chicago land some big names this off-season that want to play with the rookie QB such as Kenan Allen, D'Andre Swift and keeping DJ Moore.
While D.J. Moore was a huge proponent of Justin Fields, he is now on board with Caleb Williams. As is pretty much everybody in the Bears organization. He's also done a great job of winning over Bears fans. Including me.
Clearly Williams has done wonders for the organization before even playing a single down for the Bears.
