What is going on in the USFL??

Well, folks, this one is pretty weird.

Here is footage showing Antonio Reed of the Tampa Bay Bandits targeting the head of the New Orleans Breakers' Mike Stevens and knocking him to the ground. Reed then proceeded to sit on Stevens' head.
