WATCH: Jim Harbaugh Reveals a Wild Take Regarding JJ McCarthy and the Upcoming Draft (Video)
Before joining the Chargers recently, Jim Harbaugh was the head coach of the Michigan Wolverines, where he went on to win a National Championship this past season.
Leading his team, JJ McCarthy was the starting QB of Michigan, and worked closely with Harbaugh.
McCarthy has since declared for the NFL draft, and due to this competitive draft class, McCarthy has been linked as a later draft pick projection. However, Harbaugh thinks otherwise:
As heard, Harbaugh believes for McCarthy to be the best QB in this class, predicting he will be the very first QB drafted this year.
McCarthy finished this season throwing for 2,991 yards along with 22 touchdowns, and only 4 interceptions. Though these stats are impressive, I don't see how it's possible for him to go before Williams, Maye, or Daniels. And Honestly, I don't even see him being a first or second-round pick.
