He appeared to be headed out of bounds for a possible loss on the play. He approached the sideline and leaped, firing a pass to Gabe Davis for the touchdown.
Amazon Prime analyst Kirk Herbstreit called out Patriots defensive back Jonathan Jones for «giving up on the play.»
Allen was 9-of-14 for 92 yards and two touchdowns and had five different players catch at least one pass after this play.
