What sometimes differentiates a good catcher from a great catcher in football is actually how they grab the football. What I mean by that is not all catches are created equal in football. The greatest receiver all share one common thing: they catch the football with exclusively their hands.
Too many receivers, even in the NFL use their chest to make catches. This can lead to many drops because the football can bounce off the shoulder pads. (take a look at Tyreek Hill...)
Well, bears WR Darnell Mooney does not have that problem as he is, in my mind, of of the best catcher of the football. He can make pretty much any catches, even when contested.
