The future is bright for this young Bear

With the explosion of Robert Quinn in 2021 and the return of Khalil Mack in 2022, the defensive line could be an elite unit for the Bears. A player that could surprise everyone is Trevis Gipson.
The second-year defensive end put up very good production in replacement for Mack in 2021. He totaled 7 sacks opposite of Robert Quinn and finished the season with a decent 70.4 grade (per Pro Football Focus). It will be interesting to see how he is used next season and how new DC Alan Williams rotates his pass-rushers.
