Sayers was a 5x All-Pro, 2 NFL rushing yards leader, NFL Comeback Player of the Year, NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.
His career was, unfortunately, cut short due to many injuries, but for the 7 years he played in Chicago, he was one of the most dominant players this game has ever seen.
Sayers died in September 2020 and he would have turned 79 yesterday.
