Steelers are Benching Former Bears QB after Going 0-2
After Steelers QB Kenny Pickett was ruled out for some time with an ankle injury, the team named backup QB Mitch Trubisky as the starter.
Now, after going 0-2 as a starter, the Steelers are benching Trubisky and naming Mason Rudolph as the starter for Saturday's game against the Bengals:
In his 2 games started, Trubisky threw for 3 interceptions, and was unable to throw for more than at least 200 yards in both games.
This game will be Rudolph's first start since 2021.
