As announced this afternoon, the Lions have extended 3-time Pro Bowler QB Jared Goff on a 4-year deal worth $212 million.
Ahead of the 2021 season, Goff was traded to the Lions from the Rams in exchange for Matthew Stafford and a few draft picks.
Since then, Goff has been the Lions' starting QB, having his best year yet last season. Goff finished the 2023 season with a 12-5 record, leading the team to the NFC Championship Game, and throwing for 4,575 yards, along with 30 touchdowns.
