Report: Browns will be Without Starting Safety for Bears Matchup
As reported today, the Browns have placed safety Grant Delpit on the IR after suffering a groin injury:
This means that Grant will be out for the rest of the regular season, but he could return if the Browns are in the playoffs.
This also means that Grant will not be playing against the Bears this Sunday, causing for them to name their backup safety as the starter.
With Grant being out, the Browns have signed safety Duron Harmon to the active roster from the practice squad, a familiar name to Bears fans.
Harmon signed with the Bears in October, but the team then released him one month later. Now, there is a chance that he will be facing off against the team that released him.
