Positive Updates: Bears have Designated Starting RB Off of the IR and Ready to Return
After suffering an ankle injury back in week 5, Bears starting running back Khalil Herbert was placed on the IR and had to miss several weeks.
Now, he is back, as the Bears have announced that he is no longer on the IR and is cleared to return to practice:
Though RB D'Onta Foreman has a done a great job filling in for Herbert, having him back is a relief.
It is not yet known who will be starting for the Bears once Herbert is officially back, as Foreman has proven himself worthy of being a starter. It is possible that the Bears will continue to start Foreman to allow Herbert a chance to get comfortable once again.
