New hire to the Bears' coaching staff!
Daniel Greenberg reported that the Chicago Bears have hired Cesar Castillo to be part of their strength and conditioning team.
Castillo played college football at the University of Miami as a fullback. He then spent some time as a Strength & Conditioning Intern at Harvard University.
Castillo was also the Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Minnesota Twins for two seasons prior to his time with the Miami Dolphins as the Strength & Conditioning Staff Assistant.
