More news on Tua Tagovailoa's status this morning
There was a scary moment in the Miami Dolphins-Cincinnati Bengals Thursday night game, as Tua Tagovailoa was stretchered off the field and taken to the hospital with head and neck injuries.
Tagovailoa seemed visibly shaken up after he was sacked, looking like he froze up at one point - the Dolphins said he does have movement in all extremities.
After Tagovailoa was carted off the field in Miami's loss to the Bengals on «Thursday Night Football» just four days after he appeared wobbly after taking a big hit against the Bills Smith texted the following message to Amazon's Andrew Whitworth, who is a former NFLPA player rep:
«We insisted on these rules to avoid exactly this scenario. We will pursue every legal option, including making referrals against the doctors to licensing agencies and the team that is obligated to keep our players safe.»
