Matt Ryan is being traded

Adam Schefter has announced that the Colts are trading a third-round pick for Falcons Qb Matt Ryan. He felt his time in Atlanta was over and it was time to move on.

The Falcons were in the race for Deshaun Watson but had to look in another direction. They are now rumored to have an eye for Marcus Mariota. This off-season continues to be full of surprises.

Matt Ryan's trade will leave the Falcons a dead cap hit of $40.525M, the largest dead cap hit in NFL history by nearly $7M.
