Matt Eberflus has a very creative approach to helping the players learn about Bears' history!
Daniel Greenberg reported that Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus has pictures of Bears players with retired numbers behind his desk in his office.
When current Bears players visit his office, he asks them to name at least three of the players.
I think this is actually genius. It's so important for the new generation of Chicago Bears players to be aware of the history that surrounds this place. The players are blessed to be part of such a historic organization.
This new coaching staff is growing on me fast!
