Legendary NFL fullback called the league SOFT right now
Mike Alstott is an 11-year NFL veteran. Even though he is an Illinois native, he played all his career with the Tampa Bay Bucs. He was widely regarded as the top fullback in the game throughout his tenure in the NFL. He made 6 Pro-Bowls and 3 All-Pro teams.
However, Alstott has been known to struggle with substance abuse, and also head problems due to his football days. He was such a physical player and it seems like he is now paying the price for his intensity on the field. During his clip, I couldn't help but feel bad for him. He almost can't talk and he has trouble expressing himself. He is only 48 years old... This is sad and I think it might explain why the NFL is "soft" these days...
Check out the 5 min clip of him "trying" to tell us why the NFL is soft in his mind:
Poor guy can't talk...
