How the Bears will control their player's physical performance

Ryan Poles mentioned in his interview at the combine that he intends on monitoring the physical health of his players. Working along with Jim Arthur, the new strength and conditioning coach, they will assign a % of body fat to the players that intend to keep them in good shape.
He explained that you get the best performance from players that have optimal body fat % which makes perfect sense. The goal of this is to know the muscle weight of players which correlates directly to strength and power. Whereas total weight can be all fat and no muscle and not lead to increased strength.
