Former NFL QB Robert Griffin III Reveals an Interesting Take on the Justin Fields/Matt Eberflus Situation (Video)

During a conversation between Robert Griffin III (RG3) and Brandon Marshall, RG3 revealed an interesting take on both Bears' Justin Fields and Matt Eberflus:

As heard, RG3 believes that the Bears should stick with Fields for at least one more year, and if the 2024 season is once again a losing year, then the team can move on from him, along with head coach Matt Eberflus.

RG3 does not see a need for the Bears to exercise Fields' 5th year option yet just, and that the team should wait it out until the end of the 2024 season.
