Former Bears RB Expected to Miss Several Weeks
As reported by insider Adam Schefter, Lions RB David Montgomery is expected to miss a couple of weeks due to a quad injury:
In the Lions loss against the Seahawks, Montgomery left the matchup early after limping off the field, after getting his leg caught between a defenders hands. He was then seen on the cart heading to the locker room, with his right knee wrapped.
After being taken to the locker room, Montgomery was ruled out. Now, he claims that he will be missing a couple of weeks with the injury.
Montgomery was drafted by the Bears back in 2019, and stayed with the team until this past offseason.
