Former Bears All-Rookie CB Released by Current Team
As announced earlier today, the Jets have released safety Adrian Amos, as the two have agreed to part ways:
Amos was originally drafted by the Bears back in 2015 as the teams 5th round selection. In his rookie year, Amos was named on the PFWA All-Rookie Team.
After his rookie contract expired in 2019, Amos left Chicago, but stayed in the NFC North, as he signed a 4-year deal with the Packers.
Amos then went on to sign with the Jets on a 1-yea deal ahead of this season, but now, he is leaving.
Amos is now looking for a new teamto sign with.
