ESPN Analyst Reveals the Likely Future Regarding if Justin Fields is on the Bears Roster (Video)
While on ESPN's "Get Up" earlier today, former NFL QB and analyst Dan Orlovsky talked about what the future holds between the Bears and QB Justin Fields:
As heard in the video, Orlovsky does NOT picture Fields being a Bear by the time the 2024 season comes around next year.
Orlovsky elaborates, and explains that Fields didn't get to play to his best this season, even if he returns next week. The first half of the season was bad, and then he got injured, and now when he returns, there is not much hope of seeing this team improving.

The next reason is because the Bears are likely going to secure the 1st or 2nd (or both) overall picks in the 2024 draft. With one of those picks, they will 99% be drafting a quarterback.
Orlovsky then finished his explanation by saying:
"It's hard to see how he's a Bear next season"
The Bears could very well be looking into trading their young QB after the season finishes, so this season may be the last time we see Fields as a Bear.
