As announced by himself this past weekend, former Cardinals All-Pro RB David Johnson has retired from the NFL:

Johnson was drafted by the Cardinals as their 3rd-round selection in the 2015 draft. Johnson went on to spend the next 5 seasons playing in Arizona, but having his best year during his sophomore season.
Johnson finished the 2016 season with a total of 293 carries for 1,239 yards and 16 touchdowns. He also caught 80 passes for 879 yards and 4 receiving touchdowns. He was named as a 2nd-team All-Pro, a 1st-team All-Pro and a Pro Bower.
Following the 2019 season, Johnson was traded to the Texans, and stayed there until signing with the Saints in 2022.
