Details on Equanimeous St. Brown contract
Aaron Wilson reported that the deal for the new Bears' wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown is for one year and $965 000.
St Brown is an excellent athlete. He stands at 6"5 and can run a sub 4,4 40-yard dash. He is also the brother of the emerging Detroit Lions star Amon-Ra St-Brown.
He's a former sixth-round pick and has spent his entire four-year career with the Packers. Equanimeous emerged as a great special teams player last year and he made multiple crucial catches for Luke Getsy last year. He has over 500 yards in his career. I believe he could be a solid depth piece and maybe even fight for the third wide receiver spot.
He is a very gifted player that can run any route on the route tree with precision and he obviously has ties with the new Bears offensive coordinator, Luke Getsy.
He also fits to perfection with what Ryan Poles and Matt Eberflus want to build. He is extremely physical for a wide receiver. Check out this amazing, violent block:
