David Montgomery working really hard on his top-end speed

A lot of people have been criticizing the lack of moves made by GM Ryan Poles in order to help surround Justin Fields with a lot of talented players. However, one player who is definitely talented enough to help Fields' development is RB David Montgomery.

Montgomery has been such a reliable player ever since he joined the Bears back in 2019. In fact, he has averaged over 84 yards of scrimmage per game.
