Could Justin Fields and Chris Booker be what Cutler and Marshall should have been?

Does anyone else remember the excitement when we heard that Jay Cutler would be reuniting with Brandon Marshall? We had all hoped this was the key to putting up big points. Although they had some good moments they never clicked quite the way we needed them to. Well here we are years later and we are presented with the same scenario.
Justin Fields is eyeing bringing over his former teammate Chris Booker. After dropping out of Dayton in 2019 Booker has shown himself as an impressive route runner with considerable speed. Booker quickly established himself as a dominant special teams player. With the Bears receiving corp at its thinnest Booker would make a nice addition to Mooney and Pringle. With his special teams' chops, relationship with Fields, and his receiving prowess he could very well be the second coming of Devin Hester.
With the Bears being able to grab him for next to nothing he would work well as a trial player amidst the salary cap. Then it would be up to Fields and the offense to see if he succeeds. A gamble for sure but a gamble I believe the Bears can afford to make right now.
