BREAKING NEWS: Bears have Released Former All-Pro & 2-time Pro Bowler
As announced by the team, the Bears have released safety Eddie Jackson:
Jackson has been apart of the Bears since being drafted by them as their 4th-round selection in 2017.
Since his arrival to Chicago, Jackson has been a solid player, even being named as an All-Pro in 2018, along with being selected as a 2-time Pro Bowler.
With his contract expiring this offseason, the Bears have decided that it was best to part ways and allow Jackson to sign with a new team.
Jackson ends his time on the Bears playing in a total of 100 games, making 459 tackles, 44 pass deflections, 15 interceptions, 10 forced fumbles, and 6 defensive touchdowns.
