"As the Chicago Bears get ready for the Washington Redskins tonight, the team and general manager Ryan Pace announced a roster move. The Bears have waived TE Bradley Sowell and signed DT Abdullah Anderson from the practice squad to active roster. It's a tough blow for Sowell who lost a bunch of weight to change position to TE, however it was a necessary move with Bilal Nichols having broken his hand last weekend. Sowell could be re-signed this week or another team could pick him up.
