"The Chicago Bears are trying hard to clear up some cap space and it sounds like they've just made a very big first step. According to NFL insider Adam Schefter, the Bears have released two big names from both offense and defense.
Schefter reports the Bears have released WR Taylor Gabriel as well as CB Prince Amukamara.Gabriel has had some trouble earning his money as he's dealt with injury issues while the Bears are likely to go a bit younger at cornerback. More to come.
