"It seems like the Chicago Bears have found their guy. According to various reports including one by NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Bears have found their new offensive coordinator. The Bears will be hiring former Cincinnati Bengals OC Bill Lazor. Lazor has also served as OC for the Miami Dolphins and volunteer consultant for Penn State. Head coach Matt Nagy decided to let of OC Mark Helfrich just a couple of days ago. We'll see if Nagy decides to continue to call his own plays.
