The Bears are currently in a weird place, as though they have looked sloppy all year, they somehow have a slim chance of making the playoffs this season. It's unlikely, but not impossible.

Though there have been many discussions surrounding the Bears and Eberflus parting ways, insiders say that he will stay for next season.
