As the Falcons' season has come to an end, the team has announced that head coach Arthur Smith has been fired:

Smith concluded his 3rd-year as the Falcons head coach, and after going 7-10 for the 3rd straight year, the team decided it would be best to move on from this era.

The Falcons are now on the hunt for a new head coach and have begun searching in preparation for the 2024 season.
