Bears Star Roquan Smith Surprises Life Long Fan in this Heartwarming Story

Bears star linebacker Roquan Smith continues to etch his name in the city of Chicago and the Bears community.

This time it's more of an impact off the field. Roquan Smith recently surprised lifelong Bears fan, Javier Bolanos.

Javier suffered a stroke and spent over a month in ICU while recovering.

The Bears and Advocate Health teamed up to give Javier a once-in-a-lifetime experience visiting the Bears facility where he was surprised by linebacker Roquan Smith.
